01 / Airspace Regulations
We operate in strict accordance with CAA guidelines and international drone safety protocols. Our team manages all restricted airspace permissions and local borough permits to ensure every cinematic flight is legally sound and fully insured.
02 / Secure Booking
Booking is recommended 14 days in advance to facilitate digital site surveys and daylight mapping. A confirmed date requires a signed production brief and a technical deposit to secure your slot on our flight calendar.
03 / Global Insurance Coverage
Somerset Cinematics is fully insured for commercial operations worldwide, giving you peace of mind on every project.
04 / Production Delivery
Final cinematic edits are delivered via high-speed encrypted links within 5-7 business days. We provide raw 5.1K ProRes files or 10-bit color-graded highlights depending on your specific campaign requirements.
05 / Weather Mitigation
Aerial operations are weather-dependent. If extreme winds or heavy rain prevent flight on your scheduled day, we offer a priority reschedule at no extra cost to ensure the safe capture of your vision.
